FUNCTIONAL ZONING AND VOLUME-SPATIAL SOLUTION FOR A YACHT PORT
Five leisure-time pavilions are positioned parallel to the coastal promenade. The buildings have wooden prefabricated structure, which makes for easy assembly and dismantling.
The areas between the pavilions will accommodate open-air commercial spaces with variable function: a small “wholesale market” for fish, fruit and vegetable stalls, a bookstore and newsagent, souvenir and jewelry stores, art zone.
A “green fence” separates the newly established leisure zone from the parking and service area of the terrain.
